A special meeting of the Wheatfield Local Development Corp. will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Due to the present state and federal requirements during the coronavirus pandemic, the chairman has called for this meeting to be held as a conference call. Any who wish to participate may do so as noted below.
New York state recommends the following be used for public notification.
Because of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), emergency and state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s executive order 220.1 issued on March 12 suspending the Open Meetings Law, the Wheatfield Local Development Corp. special meeting scheduled for April 14 will be held electronically via conference call/GoToMeeting instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Minutes of the special meeting will transcribed and posted on the WLDC’s website. An agenda is posted on the WLDC’s website at www.wheatfieldbusiness.com.
