Niagara Falls State Park announces Native American handicraft lottery

Applications for the 2020 Native American handicraft sales permits are available for the summer season at Niagara Falls State Park.

Applications are available at the Niagara Falls State Park Regional Administration office at Prospect Park from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays or online at http://nysparks.com/parks/46/details.aspx. In order to be eligible for the lottery, applicants must be 18 years of age or older, registered as a Native American, or provide verifiable proof of Native American heritage.

Entries are due by Friday, March 13. The drawing will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 16, at the upper level of the Orin Lehman Visitor Center at Niagara Falls State Park. Six names will be drawn. Applicants must be present to be selected.
