Penny J. Belviso, 68, of Youngstown, was born in Niagara Falls, New York, on April 18, 1951, to the late Albert and Elizabeth Pries. She held God’s hand as she entered into rest on Sept. 22, 2019, after battling cancer.
Devoted and loving wife of 51 years to Philip D. Belviso; she is the loving mother to Penny (Tom), Phyllis, Heather (Brandon) and the late Tammy Marie; cherished grandmother of Danny (Nicole), Brian, Brandon, Marissa, T.J., Victoria, Corinne, J.P. and Alyvia; and caring great-grandmother to Takoma, Jaydin, Cameron and Dailen. She is also survived by three sisters and one brother along with many nieces and nephews.
Penny enjoyed her work at Ray’s Tavern in Youngstown along with other various jobs throughout her life. She cherished every minute that was spent with family and friends. Her grandchildren brought much joy and happiness to her heart.
The family will be present from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, at the Greco Funeral Home, 2900 Elmwood Ave., Kenmore (near Sheridan Drive). A funeral service will be held there at noon Monday, Sept. 30.
