McGuire Group honors McNally & Pawlow for years of service

The McGuire Group, operator of six health care facilities in New York state, was pleased to announce that Sandy McNally of Tonawanda, celebrated her five-year employment anniversary with the company, while Michael Pawlow of Wheatfield celebrated his 20-year employment anniversary with the company.

As a business office assistant at the group’s Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga and Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca, McNally is responsible for completing the daily census, maintaining resident trust accounts, billing and other tasks as they relate to the residents’ accounts.

She is a graduate of Orchard Park High School and holds an associate degree in medical administration from Bryant and Stratton College. 

She has a significant other, Michael Miller and three children: Trisha Valenti of Hamburg, Patrick McNally of Hamburg and Amanda McNally of Hamburg. She also has eight grandchildren.

As the director of Medicare reimbursement, Pawlow is responsible for monthly and annual statistical analysis and financial reporting as well as preparation of Medicare cost reports. 

Pawlow holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Canisius College. He resides with his wife Darlene and has two children, Samantha and Sarah. 

The McGuire Group facilities provide subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, memory care, palliative care and respite/short-term care. The facilities continuously receive outstanding five-star ratings from the federal government and finished in the first quintile of NY state’s quality benchmarking pool for six out of six years.
