Join the Friends of the Lewiston Library for the second presentation of the 2019 speaker series, “Frontier House – Past and Present,’ at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at the Lewiston Public Library, 305 S. Eighth St. Speakers include Ken Slaugenhoupt, president of the Historical Association of Lewiston; and Jeffrey Williams, investor in the Frontier House.
Slaugenhoupt is a lifelong resident of Lewiston and chairman of the Historic Preservation Committee. Williams, a Lewiston resident, is one of three investors who purchased the Frontier House earlier this year.
The public is welcomed to attend this free event. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served after the presentation.
