The Youngstown Business and Professional Association announced this week it is a recipient of the 2019 William G. Mayne Business Community Enhancement Grant Program award. Totaling $2,900, the funding will go toward YBPA 2019 projects, including a brochure now in development. 1st District Niagara County Legislator Clyde Burmaster sponsored the YBPA on Tuesday at the Niagara County Legislature session in Lockport.
