Deposits 4 Food donates to local food pantries

Deposits for Food presented donations to two Niagara Falls food pantries last week: Community Missions, and Heart, Love & Soul.

The proceeds were obtained from D4F's collections of returnable containers and scrap metal. Total donations have now topped $70,000. 

Sarkees would like to thank his family, friends and all of his supporters and donors, particularly Rob Morreale and John DeSantis of Collision Enterprises; Eric Matthews and Ken Bryan of Brickyard Brewing Company; and Doug Adamson and his staff at Porter Empty Return Center.

Finally, as always, he offered a heartfelt thanks to all who work at the local food pantries and food banks throughout Western New York.
