Buffalo Sabres Hockey School returns for second year

The Buffalo Sabres announced the Buffalo Sabres Hockey School powered by Academy of Hockey will return for its second year this July, offering four weeklong sessions open to boys and girls of all skill levels.

The camp, which will focus on skill development, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays at Harborcenter. It will be available to participants born between 2005 and 2012. Each day will include two-and-a-half hours of ice time as well as off-ice training and activities. There will be special appearances from Sabretooth and members of the Sabres organization. Campers will also have the opportunity to tour the Sabres locker room. Lunch will be included daily for each participant.

Campers will be divided into two age groups: 2005-08 birth years and 2009-12 birth years. The dates for each session are as follows:

•Session 1: July 15-19

•Session 2: July 22-26

•Session 3: July 29 through Aug. 2

•Session 4: Aug. 5-9

Cost of participation is $425 per camp and includes a Buffalo Sabres-branded jersey and T-shirt. Interested participants can register at www.Sabres.com/HockeySchool. Registration is limited to 60 participants per session.
