Justin Trainor, an artist and physical therapy assistant at The McGuire Group’s Northgate Health Care Facility, will be the featured artist at an art show titled Enter the Artist, running from Feb. 25 through March 11 at the facility. The opening reception will be held at 3 p.m. on Feb. 25 at 7264 Nash Road, North Tonawanda. Trainor will have 13 pieces of work on display. Wine, cheese and refreshments will be served.

Trainor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Buffalo State College and an associate’s degree from Niagara County Community College for physical therapy assistant.

Terry Collins, administrator, immediately knew it would make a nice addition to the facility’s artwork stating, “Employees see this image every time they come and go; it’s a familiar and beautiful piece.”

Northgate Health Care Facility provides subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, memory care, hospice care and respite/short-term care. The facility continuously receives five-star ratings from the federal government and finished in the first quintile of NY state’s quality benchmarking pool for five out of five years.
