Western New York dance studio Dansations announced its competitive team will open up for the Harlem Globetrotters at KeyBank Center Feb. 8. Dansations competitive team is includes 50 dancers ages 5-16.
Dansations owner and director Liza Schnitzer said she was excited to learn her students would get to perform in front of such a large audience.
“The Dansations competitive team is honored to be able to perform in front of the Harlem Globetrotters and their fans,” Schnitzer said. “All of us look up to them as talented entertainers and athletes – so to be able to open up their show is very exciting.”
The Harlem Globetrotters will bring an all-new “Fan Powered” World Tour to KeyBank Center. The Dansations competitive team will perform at 6:30 p.m. before The Harlem Globetrotters interactive experience at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.
