Grand Island Chamber of Commerce: First-ever State of Town, Schools meeting held

About 30 people attended the Buffalo Launch Club for the first-ever Grand Island State of the Town & Schools event presented by the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce yesterday.

The audience heard presentations by Grand Island Town Supervisor Nathan McMurray, below, and Grand Island Central School District Superintendent of Schools Brian Graham, at top.

Graham discussed the goal of creating a championship school district, the upcoming capital project, the five-year strategic plan, the Grand Island School and Business Alliance, and inspiring all students to achieve their greatest potential. McMurray’s discussed town achievements in the last year.
