Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center staff members, directors, friends and family members are celebrating the holiday season by bringing Christmas cheer to 60 area families, including 143 children. Families enrolled in case management services through Memorial’s P3 Center for Teens, Moms and Kids were “adopted” by Memorial team members and supporters, who received shopping lists, including family information and children’s Christmas wishes. Santas from the Community Health Worker Program will deliver the gifts to each household.
This is the fourth year the P3 Center has sponsored the program.
