NU graduate to direct clinical recruitment at Memorial

Morgan Marotta, M.B.A., has been promoted to director of physician and mid-level recruitment at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Marotta is a graduate of Niagara University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business management and an MBA in strategic management and human resources management.
A medical center employee since February 2016, when she began as a human resources intern, she has since held positions of increasing responsibility, serving as an administrative assistant, human resource coordinator and, most recently, training project manager and benefits coordinator.
In her new position, Marotta will be responsible for managing and directing the successful recruitment of physicians and advanced practice medical professionals to the medical center and the community.
