Culinary students explore NCCC offerings

Culinary Arts teachers Bob Ihle and Caitlin Kucharski recently invited Niagara County Community College's Culinary Institute representatives into their classes at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center. 
Along with Sabrina Faso, college admissions director, and Scott Steiner, chef instructor, the teachers saw a familiar face - Reanna Hewitt - a recent graduate from the BOCES program who is now the student chef instructor assistant at the college. 
The representatives talked to the students about the college's offering and did a demonstration on spherification, which is the process of elevating a food into a tasty treat and formation.
