Three-game slate kicks off Sept. 28, will be streamed live on New Era Field platforms
Regular season high school football is back at New Era Field. Pegula Sports and Entertainment announced a three-game slate of Monsignor Martin action that will kick off with a rivalry matchup between St. Joe's and Canisius on Friday, Sept. 28.
"Having the experience of playing at New Era Field furthers the opportunity that students receive at Monsignor Martin schools," said Pete Schneider, director of Monsignor Martin Athletic Association. "Our schools really benefit from the additional publicity it creates, and our young athletes receive the chance to increase their visibility and further position themselves to pursue athletic opportunities in higher education."
This year's Monsignor Martin high school football games at New Era Field will be streamed live across New Era Field's Facebook and Twitter channels, as well as OneBuffalo.com. PSE will produce the game broadcast with Chris Brown calling play-by-play and longtime Lancaster High School coach Len Jankiewicz providing color commentary.
Monsignor Martin schedule at New Era Field:
  • St. Joe's vs. Canisius on Friday, Sept. 28, at 7 p.m.
  • Timon St. Jude vs. Cardinal O'Hara on Friday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m.
  • St. Mary's vs. Timon St. Jude on Friday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m.
Fans can purchase tickets from the individual participating schools. Tickets will also be available the day of the game at Bills ticket office.
