Recently, the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, USA, security team was honored for their hard work on keeping shoppers safe when an emergency health situation arose with a shopper and the security team stepped in to help save a life. The Fashion Outlets security team is staffed by Allied Universal. They go through extensive training and prerequisite courses as part of their on boarding process. During this time, they become certified in First Aid CPR and AED use, which based on a recent example, can truly help save lives. The security professionals have the ability to always continue learning through Allied Universal's Core Program "The Edge," which offers hundreds of courses that help with on-the-job training and self-management.
