Dale Association to host Caregivers Resource Day

The Dale Association, 33 Ontario St., Lockport, will present a Caregivers Resource Day from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 22. Caregivers and family members are invited to attend this free event, which will feature keynote presenters Julia Szprygada, director of education and training for WNY Alzheimer's Association; and Melissa Woods, paralegal at the Center for Elder Law & Justice for Niagara and Orleans Counties. Guest speakers begin at 1 p.m.
This event will also host vendor agencies from across Western New York that provide services ranging from housing to social adult day care programs. Vendors will include Alzheimer's Association, BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, Caring Transitions, Center for Elder Law and Justice, Complete Senior Care, Council for Older Adults, Eastern Niagara Hospital, Elder Care Solutions, Elderwood Health Plan, Empower for Elders, EPIC, Fidelis Care, Guild Care, HART, Heathwood ALF, Liberty Home Care, Lockport Presbyterian Home, M&T Bank, Mount View Assisted Living, Niagara Hospice, Niagara County Office For The Aging, Olmstead Center for Sight, Ralph C. Wilson Adult Day, Schofield Care, Senior Wishes, United Healthcare, Univera Healthcare, Weinberg Campus and Wheatfield Commons.
