Mount St. Mary's Hospital sponsors stroke support group meeting

To help area stroke patients live their highest quality of life, Mount St. Mary's Hospital is hosting a stroke support group. The next meeting for the group is 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, in Room 249 of the main hospital at 5300 Military Road, Lewiston.
This program is for stroke survivors and their significant others. Sr. Judith Terrameo, OSF, of Mount St. Mary's Spiritual Care, will provide information on spirituality and its relation to wellness. This month's topic is spirituality and wellness.
Attendance is free and open to recently diagnosed stroke patients, long-term stroke survivors and caregivers. In addition to the group discussion, the meeting offers information on community resources for stroke patients. Free parking is available and light refreshments will be served.
