Niagara Catholic Jr./Sr. High School's annual Mardi Gras Dinner and Auction will take place on Saturday, Feb. 10, at Antonio's Restaurant, Banquet and Conference Center, 7708 Niagara Falls Blvd.
This year's auction is honoring the late Cindy Williams. A long-time NC employee, Williams was instrumental in establishing the school's annual auction. Her daughters, Tina (Thomas) Rodriguez and Angela (James) VanEgmond, are co-chairs of Saturday's event.
A basket auction at Antonio's will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is free to attend, and includes 200 wrapped baskets featuring gift cards, lottery trees, cooking supplies, home supplies, baby items and toys.
Limited seating is available for the dinner, silent auction and live auction.
Lou Paonessa will serve as emcee, while Dave Boshane is the auctioneer. Some items up for grabs include a Jim Kelly autographed and framed jersey, four Disney "Hopper" passes with Southwest Airline tickets and luggage, a Tops shopping spree, a fishing charter, and a pink sapphire and diamond pendant.
