Richard R. Wozniak, 90, a former administrative law judge, passed away Dec. 22, 2017.
A resident of Grand Island, he was the husband of Judith (nee Gilbert) Wozniak; father of Katherine (Michael) Chadwick, Elizabeth (Alan) Zak and Amy (Mark) Oldenburg; grandfather of Jason and Lauren Chadwick, Alexa and Connor Zak, Derek, Evan, Chad and Grant Oldenburg.
He was a graduate of Canisius High School, Canisius College and the University at Buffalo Law School. After years of private practice, he became an administrative law judge with New York state.
Funeral services were private. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were made by Kaiser Funeral Home.
