Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has again been transformed into a winter wonderland thanks to the talents of renowned interior designer Richard Nashwinter, who volunteers his talents to brighten the days of countless patients and visitors during the holidays.
This year's display uses the waterfall in Memorial's lower lobby as its backdrop and has a theme reminiscent of the lyrics from a popular Christmas hymn: "It came upon the midnight clear, that glorious song of old, from angels bending near the earth to touch their harps of gold!"
A dazzling angel in Nashwinter's creation is shown descending from the heavens with harp in hand while surrounded by moon and stars.
Area residents are afforded opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others year-round through Memorial's volunteer programs. If interested in volunteering, contact Volunteer Services Director Judy Villani at 716-278-4440.
