Snowmobile safety course in Sanborn

The Shawnee-Chiefs Snowmobile Club, in cooperation with the Shawnee Volunteer Fire Co., will be hold a New York state snowmobile safety course from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Volunteer Fire Co., 3747 Lockport Road, Sanborn.
This free course is open to anyone ages 10 and up. A parent or guardian must accompany the student to registration to sign the permission slip, or provide a signed note allowing the student to take the course.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend with their children.
Students should bring a pencil/pen and a snack. Soft drinks will be provided compliments of the Sno-Chiefs.
