The Washington Capitals visit the Buffalo Sabres tonight at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on NBCSN.
Tom Wilson netted his first two goals of the season on Saturday, as the Capitals topped the Bruins, 3-2, to earn their second consecutive win. Through 14 games, Ovechkin and linemate Evgeny Kuznetsov lead the team in points (16), while Ovechkin's 11 goals rank third in the NHL.
Buffalo looks to rebound from a 5-1 loss against Dallas on Saturday, just two days after defeating Arizona, 5-4. The Sabres' tandem of Evander Kane and Eichel has combined for 26 points, 11 goals and 15 assists in 14 games.
