Amy DeSantis, left, and Angela Stutzman, right, of Butterfly Moon, recently presented a Cuddle Cot to the Labor & Delivery staff at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. The Cuddle Cot, which is intended to help a family with bereavement, is a cooling pad placed in the baby's crib or bassinet that allows a baby to stay with the family as long as they wish. This provides the gift of time and bonding as the parents begin their grieving process.

Butterfly Moon is a group of bereaved parents, friends and family members that supports hospital bereavement programs.
