Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center seeks the public's help in identifying community health care needs.

Input is being gathered via an online survey that will be posted until Dec. 5. The survey, accessible via the hospital's home page at NFMMC.org, takes only a few minutes to complete and asks questions about community health issues, wellness education, medical services and primary care access.

"The health care needs of the community are continually changing," Memorial Chief Operating Officer Sheila K. Kee said. "In order for us to effectively address those needs, it's essential that we truly understand them. This survey is extremely helpful in that regard, and the more responses we receive the more valuable it will be."

Memorial will share the results of the survey and invite additional input during a community conversation to be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the medical center's auditorium.

"We hope to see a big turnout for that public forum," Kee said. "We really want to hear what is on people's minds when it comes to our community's health."
