The Grandpaws Pet Emporium plaza on Center and North Fourth streets will host several events this weekend. Activities will coincide with the 11th annual Lewiston GardenFest.

•Wild Kritters of Niagara County will be on hand Saturday and Sunday with unique animals, and information about its rescue and rehabilitation work.

•Feathers & Eggs, a popular vendor, will visit Saturday and Sunday with distinctive paintings and art created on feathers and eggs from various wildlife, as well as wood carvings and metal carvings for sale. A portion of the sales will benefit one of the rescue groups.

•Community Cats Alive will be there, selling T-shirts and candles as a fundraiser for the trap, neuter, release program that is again happening here in Niagara County. Funds will be allocated for a low-cost spay and neuter clinic currently being sponsored by Dr. Kristen Ruest of The Village Vet of Lewiston. Kelley Casale will be on hand to answer any questions the public may have regarding this venture.

•Two rescue groups, Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue and WNY Rabbit Society (a chapter of EARS), will visit Sunday. Diamonds in the Ruff will have adoptable dogs, while WNY Rabbit will have adoptable rabbits and bunnies.
