Kindness matters at Lockport CARES homeless shelter

6-year-old Violet, the granddaughter of one of the Lockport CARES volunteers, wanted to help the children at the shelter. So, she made rubber band bracelets, necklaces and rings, and sold them, raising $11. Violet then had her grandma donate the money to Lockport CARES to help the children who find themselves at the shelter.
