Back in September, Niagara Catholic Jr. / Sr. High School, along with the Niagara Falls Boys and Girls Club and Niagara University, broke ground on a new community center for Niagara Falls.
The community center will be a 20,000-square-foot mixed-use facility with indoor and outdoor space for athletics, arts and education.
At this point, with some help from the weather we've been having, progress has been remarkable. While the timeframe for the finished project is still undetermined, the steel beams are going up and the project is moving right along.
When complete, the center will be used by the students of Niagara Catholic, the members of the Boys and Girls Club, and the community as a whole.
