" 'P90X Live' supports personal fitness breakthroughs in a fun, energetic, encouraging group fitness environment," said instructor Ami Patrick, owner of Embody Health and Wellness. "P90X Live" is a total body, cardio and strength-training class that uses body weight as well as dumbbells. Training components include cardio, lower body strength, upper body strength and core workouts. It is approximately a 55-minute class, created using the latest techniques and science from the best personal trainers, strength-training experts and group fitness leaders.

The class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down stretch, making the workout complete and well rounded.

Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and determination. Pay per class or save money and commit by investing in a class punch card.
