Guillemont Memorial Grant supports Community Missions soup kitchen

Rita M. Franc, administrator for the Guillemont Memorial Grant of the Niagara Falls Episcopal Urban Ministry, presented community Missions Executive Director Robyn L. Krueger, left, and cook Jimmie Walker, right, a check Thursday. The $5,000 grant will be used to purchase fresh and nutritious foods in the community kitchen, which is open six days each week at 1570 Buffalo Ave.

Last year, the kitchen provided more than 47,000 meals to those in need.
