Niagara County's largest swap meet is back for a 23rd year - and with an extra day for shoppers. The 10 Mile Garage Sale returns the weekend of June 12-14. This year, the event begins on Friday.

The 10 Mile Garage Sale takes place in Lewiston, Youngstown, Sanborn and Ransomville. It is an opportunity to find bargains, rare items and one-of-a-kind treasures.

More than 100 addresses are expected to participate. These locations will be listed in a special garage sale guide printed in early June.

How to enter

For $20, participants will receive:

•A free garage sale kit with all the tools necessary to advertise a sale and label items

•Inclusion in the special section, which will be printed in the Lewiston-Porter Sentinel, Niagara-Wheatfield-NT Tribune and Grand Island PennySaver.

•Entry into a contest to win a gift certificate to a local restaurant. (Because who wants to cook after sitting outside and selling goods all day?) Three winners will be selected by random draw and contacted by phone before the event.

The application deadline is May 20. Register now by calling 716-773-7676 or click HERE for an application form.

The 10 Mile Garage Sale is presented by Niagara Frontier Publications and sponsored by Lovin My Bags, The Silo Restaurant, Stevenson Hardware and Sanborn Old General Store.
