The West Street School Parent Group in Niagara-Wheatfield will hold a Chiavetta's chicken barbecue and basket raffle from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 24, at the West Street Elementary gym and cafeteria.
The even includes Chiavetta's barbecue dinners, hot dogs, beverages and a bake sale, as well as a basket raffle, 50/50 raffle and talent show. Big prizes include $400 gift certificates for Darien Lake and Andrews Jewelers, an Xbox gaming system, iPad mini and $200 gift certificate for Salvatore's Restaurant and Hotel.
The proceeds directly benefit the students of West Street school by funding field trips to places like the Buffalo Zoo or Erie Canal, overnight campouts, live theater and beautification of school grounds. Bring the whole family; there is something for everyone.
