Event to benefit Mount St. Mary's Foundation
Ten long-time active physicians in the Niagara community will be recognized Thursday, April 16, at the third Founder's Reception of Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Each has provided more than 35 years of service to the community.
In addition, four physicians who are still active and have reached 50 years of service will be cited.
Hospital President and CEO Judith Maness said the event will recognize the dedicated efforts of the physicians who have served Mount St. Mary's Hospital and are still active in medicine. Together, these physicians have more than 350 years of experience.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mount St. Mary's Foundation's helipad campaign, which is raising funds to bring a new helipad on the hospital campus.
The reception will take place at the Niagara Falls Country Club in Lewiston. It will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception and entertainment and will be followed with an award's programs at 6:30 p.m. and desserts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person. The event is open to the public.
For tickets contact the Mount St. Mary's Hospital office of community relations at 716-298-2146 or 716-298-2697.
