It was a special day at Northgate Health Care Facility in Wheatfield as resident Tom Burock of Wheatfield and his wife, Dorothy, both celebrated their 80th birthdays with family and friends.
Tom has been a resident at Northgate Health Care Facility since December 2009. He was born in Pennsylvania March 9, 1935, to Mary and Steve Burock. He had three brothers and a sister. Dorothy was born in Pennsylvania Jan. 2, 1935. The couple has been married since 1951. Together they have one daughter, Lori, who resides in Cambria.
Tom has a love for antique cars and belonged to the Buick Club of Western New York.
He enjoys attending the car shows that are hosted at the facility during the warmer months and even took a cruise around town in a 1974 Eldorado convertible that was at the show last summer.
