Lewiston Dance team performs at Niagara University

The Lewiston Dance Centers' Dance Team was recently invited to perform at Niagara University for the men's basketball halftime show.

The performance capped off a busy season for the young women, who made many appearances throughout the community in past months. Kirsten Norman, formerly the Buffalo Bandettes captain and now the dance team coach, said, "We at Lewiston Dance Center believe that performance, along with class time and technique, make for a successful dancer. Along with that, being on the Lewiston Dance Team means the girls work on things like how to manage your time, grace under pressure and teamwork. We are very proud of our team - they are exceptional young ladies."

Next up for the busy dancers will be rehearsal for spring dance competitions.
