Memorial wears red for women's heart health

Team members from Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and The Heart Center of Niagara gathered in the hospital's lower lobby Friday to show support for National Wear Red/Go Red for Women Day. The annual observance is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to battle heart disease in women.

Heart disease and stroke kill one in three women, yet are 80 percent preventable according to the American Heart Association.
