JB Aaron headlines a full day of music designed to raise funds and support for those battling a deadly disease. "Crushing Cancer Country Jamboree" will be held Sunday, from noon until 6 p.m., at Foley's Pub, 8752 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. The event includes raffles, 50-50 splits and auctions. All proceeds will be directed toward Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Organizers posted this message on Facebook: "We would like to bring as many people as we can together, and raise money for treatments, research, care and to show support for those who are fighting this disease, those that have passed on from this disease, those that have been diagnosed (with) this disease, and bring a closeness of love and support to help cure and find a way to 'Crush Cancer.' "
The event carries a $20 donation fee.
