Wheatfield Senior Citizens will hold a travel meeting at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28, at the Wheatfield Senior Center, 2790 Church Road. The group has also announced the following trips:
•March 12 - Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a lunch and variety show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are required, with a deposit due Jan. 18, and a final payment Feb. 13.
Following lunch at Sean Patrick's Irish Restaurant, enjoy a musical celebration by Richie and Debbie Derwald with Irish dancers joining in a colorful variety show.
•April 13-18 - The group will hold a trip to Nashville, Tennessee. Each ticket includes five nights' lodging, five breakfasts and three dinners, including one at the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater. They will also see performances at the Grand Ole Opry starring Kenny & the Krooners. There will be a guided tour of Nashville, including the Parthenon, the Country Music Hall of Fame, a tour of Belle Meade Plantation (also known as the "Queen of Tennessee Plantation") and Johnny Cash Museum.
•The group will see "Late Nite Catechism" at the Auburn Public Theater on a date to be announced. The trip will last from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Reservations include a ticket to the show, dinner, a bus seat and gratuity.
