This past Thursday, Sandy Santos, Complete Senior Care PACE participant and a Niagara Falls resident, had her head shaved by Complete Senior Care employee and breast cancer survivor Kim Williamson. This was done as part of Complete Senior Care's kickoff party to start its fundraising efforts toward Williamson's American Cancer Society "Making Strides" walk on Oct. 18.

The day center was decorated in pink, refreshments were served courtesy of Edible Arrangements, a "Pink Store" was created, and participants and staff dressed in pink. Brian Beaudry also lent musical support.

Complete Senior Care is a PACE program. The national model of care stands for "Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly." The goal of CSC and all PACE programs is to keep individuals living safely in their homes and the community.
