Preparing for 'Sing Sisters Sing'

Members of the Schoellkopf Auxiliary Garden Club are readying the park for their upcoming Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary Fundraiser, "Sing Sisters Sing," scheduled to take place Thursday, Aug. 7, from 6-9 p.m. The event will feature a "Jazz Age White Garden Party," complete with entertainment by the First Ladies Jazz Ensemble, flowers by Evergreen Floral, wine pull and raffle prizes, and even Gatsby-style croquet games for those guests with a competitive spirit.

Beverages and hors d'oeuvres from Water Street Landing will be available.

"Sing Sisters Sing" remains an evening to honor the memory of the auxiliary's dear friend, Nancy Gara, who was a founding member of the event committee, in addition to chairing the campaign that raised funds to renovate Schoellkopf Park.
