Niagara Catholic Jr./Sr. High School honored notable alums this past weekend.
At a dinner Saturday inside Antonio's Restaurant, Conference and Event Center in Niagara Falls, NC President/Principal Ronald Buggs (center) presented awards to, from left, Athletic Hall of Fame inductee John J. Noworyta (Duffy Class of 1964), Athletic Hall of Fame inductee David F. Murphy (St. Mary's '46), Distinguished Alumni recipient Dr. Rocco C. Venuto (Duffy Class of 1959), and Distinguished Alumni recipient Janice Putnam Fitzgerald (Madonna '69).
Additionally, the Certo family (above) was honored as the "Legacy Family," and the undefeated 1966 Bishop Duffy football team (below) received special recognition. (photos by Joshua Maloni)
