The National Alliance on Mental Illness in Buffalo & Erie County monthly educational meeting for families of people living with mental illness will held Thursday, July 10, at 7 p.m., at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4007 Main St., Amherst. Paul White, RN, a published poet with first-hand personal experience, will present "Surviving Schizophrenia in My own Life."
NAMI family support groups will be held Wednesday, July 16, at 7 p.m., in the north towns at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4007 Main St., Amherst; and in the south towns at Lake Shore Behavioral Health, 3176 Abbott Road, Orchard Park.
