Global Spectrum, the management company operating Canalside, is hosting a meeting to better acquaint micro-enterprises, as well as minority and women-owned corporations, organizations and vendors, with opportunities to do business at Buffalo's waterfront destination.

The meeting is June 24, starting at 5 p.m., in Room 101 F of the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Various opportunities will be discussed on how Global Spectrum and these diverse entities may work together more closely at Canalside. The event is free and open to representatives of minority and women-owned businesses, as well as micro-enterprises. Any business is welcome at this meeting. Experts will be available to help business owners learn about the state certification process.

"Canalside is committed to create an inclusive and supportive community," said Global Spectrum's Ryan Coate, general manager. "Our goal is to reach out to various sectors in order to gain insight needed for collaborating with minority- and women-owned businesses, as well as micro-enterprises."

Business owners will meet with Coate and other members of the Global Spectrum management team. For information about Canalside, visit www.canalsidebuffalo.com or email [email protected].
