The Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Foundation's 21st annual "Baskets O'Plenty Auction" is scheduled for Thursday, March 13, at BPO Elks Lodge No. 346, located at 1805 Fashion Outlet Blvd., Town of Niagara. All proceeds from the event will benefit individuals with developmental disabilities served by Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara.

This year's sponsors include Wegmans, Town of Niagara Business & Professional Association, Lewiston Service Guild and Tedesco Construction, with Greater Niagara Newspapers the media sponsor.

The baskets may be previewed between 4 and 7 p.m., with the program beginning at 7:30 pm. Event emcee will be Lori Caso, host of "Lori & Friends."

One does not need to be present to win. One may purchase presale tickets for $10; tickets at the door are $15. Both include 25 chances for the basket drawings.

There will also be a side raffle table of high-end baskets. Tickets are six for $5 or 20 for $10. Extra tickets are 25 for $10 or 75 for $20. Split club tickets are 15 tickets for $10.

There will be door prizes throughout the evening as well as finger foods available for purchase.

The mission of the Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Foundation is to provide a long-term source of financial support that ensures people with developmental disabilities have opportunities toward independence and integration within the community.
