Falls pastor honored at Black History celebration

It was standing-room-only Friday as Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center held its seventh annual Black History celebration luncheon and wellness fair. This year's theme was "It's in My Heart." A special community service award was presented to the Rev. Dr. Frances S. Douglas (pictured at podium), founder and overseer of Truth Deliverance Temple.
