'Fostering Hope: A Gala for Every Child' foster care program at The Rapids Theatre

The Rapids Theatre will host "Fostering Hope: A Gala for Every Child," a foster care program, Saturday, March 1. Proceeds will go to Every Child to help children within the foster care systems in Erie and Niagara counties.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person or $190 per couple. It is a cocktail reception with a live and silent auction. There will be an open bar, food, and live music with Jamie Holka and Penelope.

Black tie is optional.

Every Child is a program for children who have entered the foster care system in Erie and Niagara counties. It provides children families that care for them, and provides support and services they need.

People of Western New York can get involved in a few ways. For instance, Every Child offers ways people can become foster or adoptive parents. If someone does not want to take that responsibility, Every Child offers several ways people can volunteer. People can donate clothes, babysit, tutor, offer transportation, and much more.
