Monday, Nov. 25

•Black Nose Spring Road at Myers Lake, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported the arrests of two males. Male, 26, turned over to Niagara Falls Police Department on an outstanding warrant. Male, 23, issued an appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court for unlawful possession of marijuana. Report filed.

•Pletcher Road and Joseph Davis Park access road, property-damage accident. Statement taken, vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4100 block of Old Ransomville Road, alarm response. All secure; report filed.

•300 block of North Fifth Street, check welfare. Handled by patrol; all OK.

•2200 block of School House Road, domestic. Male, elderly, and female, 51, listed on call. Report filed.

•LPD office, citizen assist. Handled by patrol.

•LPD office, animal problem. Statement taken from a female, 52, report filed.

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, assist citizen. Individual witnessed a property-damage only accident in hospital parking lot. Victim and vehicle left scene prior to patrol's arrival. Plate information incorrect.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, alarm response. House secured; all OK.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, bad check complaint. Female complainant attempted to cash check dated from February without success. No charges.

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, standby. Female, 20, on location to retrieve items. Subject advised she was no longer welcome on the property.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, check welfare. Homeless woman in a bar/restaurant. All OK.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

•300 block of Brookshire Drive, Youngstown, alarm response. Homeowner on location; all secure.

•400 block of Baker Drive, check welfare/unattended death. Female, elderly, listed. Niagara County coroner on location.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, mental health response. Female, elderly, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center; patrol assisted by Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•4900 block of Lower River Road, check welfare. Resident taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co.

•Locations on Creek Road, Townline Road, Saunders Settlement and Mayflower roads, and on Upper Mountain Road, reports of vehicles in ditches. Calls addressed.

•Porter Center and Swann roads, property-damage accident. Statement taken; report filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

•2000 block of Ridge Road, property-damage accident. Vehicle struck a mailbox. Statement taken; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Klein roads, vehicle in ditch-arrest. Vehicle involved removed. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 24, on a warrant out of Las Vegas Police Department. LPD to extradite.

•LPD office, custody dispute. Female, 33, listed as complainant and male, 50, listed as a suspect.

•Fourth Street, suspicious person. Handled by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 36, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, second; speed in zone; open alcohol container in vehicle and numerous other vehicle/traffic violations. Driver remanded to Niagara County Jail and uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 5100 block of Lewiston Road and on Marywood Drive and Upper Mountain Road, reports of property-damage accidents. Statements taken from the four drivers involved. Minor injuries and one vehicle towed on one call. Separate reports filed.

Thursday, Nov. 28

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 26, listed as person involved; all parties listed as unlicensed. Vehicle with Virginia registration towed. NCSO K-9 search yielded negative results.

•Irving Drive, theft of service. Handled by patrol.

•5200 block of Bridgeman Road, agency assist. LPD transported female with a DWI arrest to State Police substation.

•4600 block of Creek Road, suspicious person. All OK.

•Creek Road and Raymond Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 48, arrested for operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 5100 block of Bridgeman Road and on the Robert Moses Parkway, reports of property-damage accidents. Statements taken from three drivers involved. No injuries; reports filed.

Friday, Nov. 29

•1000 block of James Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 55. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2100 block of Swann Road, unwanted person. Party gone on arrival.

•5300 block of Townline Road, neighbor problem. Party advised to stay off property. All OK.

•Townline and Ridge roads, reckless driver. Male, 43, arrested for felony driving while intoxicated; refusal to take a breath test; reckless driving; felony resisting arrest; obstructing governmental administration, second; and other vehicle and traffic violations. Cash bail of $1,500 assigned; suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•900 block of Escarpment Drive, bad check complaint. Male, 60, listed as complainant and male, 55, listed as suspect. Investigation to continue.

•Locations on Model City and Swann roads and on Model City and Ridge roads, separate calls of vehicles in ditches. Vehicles removed.

•Upper Mountain and Walmore roads, property-damage accident-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 60, for aggravated driving while intoxicated; aggravated unlicensed operation; open container violation and other vehicle/traffic violations. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Twelve hour hold on vehicle. Report filed.

Saturday, Nov. 30

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 56, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Jail/bail of $250 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Vehicle secured; report filed.

•Center Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 45, arrested for operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•Center and North second streets, suspicious person. Male, 26, listed; all OK.

•2400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, no age listed, arrested for no insurance. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Plates confiscated and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Female listed as complainant; female listed as person involved and male listed as suspect (both no age). Suspect reported as following complainant, and making rude comments and gestures to her. Patrol to speak with suspect and advise to stop.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic/assault. Male, 17, listed as a suspect fled into woods and was later arrested on numerous charges, including assault first; menacing, second, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Two females, 41, and 45, listed as persons involved. Three juveniles listed as victims; one juvenile taken to ECMC for head trauma injuries. Suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail on $10,000 bail. Investigation to continue.

Sunday, Dec. 1

•1500 block of Mount Hope Road, criminal mischief. Male, 51, listed as complainant. Report filed.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, mental health response. Male, 17, taken to Lockport Memorial Hospital via Rural Metro for treatment.

•LPD office, domestic complaint. Female, 19, listed as complainant and male, no age, listed as suspect. Report to be filed.

•5100 block of Townline Road, mental health response. Female, 41, listed as complainant and juvenile listed as person involved. Juvenile taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital via Rural Metro for treatment. Report filed.
