The Festival of Trees features a display of Christmas trees, adorned with energy-efficient lights and decorated for the season by local nonprofit groups along the Power Vista's glass walkway. It is an official stop along the Holiday Lights of Niagara tour.

Visitors who sign up will receive a compact disc, personalized with their digital photograph, fingerprints and other vital statistics.

State Parks will also provide free rides on its Niagara Scenic Trolley between the Gorge Discovery Center and the Niagara Power Vista during the event.

In addition to holiday activities, guests are invited to enjoy the Power Vista's attractions, which include displays and interactive exhibits relating to the production of electricity, energy efficiency and the area's history, as well as unique views from the observation deck 350 feet above the Niagara River Gorge.
