Lewiston Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 is wrapping up its annual fund drive. This year, the company awarded a large-screen TV in a random drawing of all entries. Patricia Rose of Lewiston was the winner and is shown as Chief John Penzotti presents her with the TV.
Funds raised during the drive and throughout the year are used to supplement monies received from the Town and Village of Lewiston to purchase fire equipment and to operate the fire station in the village and the substation on Swann Road (next to the Highway Department).
