On Thursday, Oct. 3, St. Peter R.C. School celebrated Jumpstart's "Read for the Record," along with schools across the country, to raise awareness for the importance of early childhood education and the power of literacy. Father David, the new pastor, read to the youngest members of the school, students in Mrs. Kristen Shank's new multi-age program, as well as Miss Jessica Lemke's pre-kindergarten class.
The faculty and parents of St. Peter School strongly advocate for a solid early childhood education program that prepares students for future learning.
